Shipping Policy

We know you are excited about your items — and so are we! Here is everything to expect after you place an order.

Processing times

• Please allow 14–21 business days for all private label (logo) orders to be processed.
• Please allow 12–14 business days for all non-logo wholesale orders to be processed.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for all sample orders to be processed.

Delays may occur that exceed our processing times for reasons outside our control.

Order confirmation

After placing your order you will automatically receive an order confirmation email with the items you have purchased.

Carriers

• All domestic orders ship through USPS.
• All international orders ship through FedEx, UPS, or DHL. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.
